All food was under 41°. There was only one employee at the time of my inspection, the employee was busy taking care of a line of guests and couldn't get corrective action before I left. The gm was called and he said he would teach the employee how to turn down the cooler but, it was a busy lunch so the lids were open most of the time. I asked the employee to start adding ice as soon as possible to get the temperature of the food under 41° or to swap out items with the ones in the walk in cooler. **Warning**
